Is it the issue, or is it you? Life coach Celeste du Toit writes about how to recognise patterns that may be holding you back.
Who was it that said “You’re only as good as your last success”?
Being wealth-wise, life-wise, health-wise, business-wise is all about learning, implementing, growing, and repeating. Growing means never settling; constantly challenging yourself and, once you have set the bar at a certain level, to exceed that.

We all have the best intentions to move forward, to take what works from the past and repeat it, and to learn from our mistakes and not repeat them. We call it memories, habits, lessons… but in reality the same thought patterns revolve around the same things over and over again– and before we know it, we are stuck. We all know the sad phenomenon of someone unable to cut loose from reminiscing about a past success. And most of us know someone not able to move forward (often ourselves?). Both stuck.
