At just 30 years old, Shirley Mabiletja has been working as the Absolut Vodka Brand Manager for the past 3 years. She talks about her branding career and her passion to succeed.
This young South African has various achievements under her belt, having recently secured a partnership deal with MTV Base for the MAMAs (MTV Africa Music Awards) as part of the Transform Today campaign to celebrate African artists effecting change across Africa. Prior to this, Shirley and her team won a Loerie award in 2012 for the ‘Absolut Blank’ campaign, and received nominations for the Absolut.ZA campaign, which involved the beading of Absolut Vodka bottle covers to make them uniquely African.
